Cortek Framing by SBS Group is currently manufacturing and supplying square box and ladder bulkhead sections in pre-fabricated modules for the $11 million club house project that is situated to overlook the new Eastern Golf Club course in Yering. The clubhouse has been designed by Perrot Lyon Mathieson with an emphasis on exceptional finishes.

As with all our projects, Cortek by SBS Group focused on creating a time saving advantage for the builder and contractor alike. The bulkheads have been designed to be pre-fabricated into modules off site and are then delivered in sections to be quickly and easily installed on site. This has resulted in considerable savings by reducing the need for labour and time associated with a traditional method of on site construction.

The manufacture is well under way and deliveries to site began this week.
