THE PROJECT CHALLENGE /
Design, fabricate and certify top level frames for the multi-residential property, in line with the modern architectural design that centres around natural light.
THE CORTEK FRAMING STEEL SOLUTION /
After consultation with the client, speed and quality were determined as critical factors and this project needed to move quickly in order to meet the construction timeline.
With this in mind, Cortek successfully turned the project around in just 5 weeks, with all certifications achieved upon first inspection.
