THE PROJECT CHALLENGE /
A lightweight and termite-proof system was required to work within the bored pier system and around larger tree roots which affected the property.
THE SBS STEEL SOLUTION /
The design smarts within the lightweight steel frame alternative eliminated unnecessary structural steel, contributing towards an easy install.
Using steel guaranteed a termite resistant system with no additional protection or barrier required.
Significant savings in the overall build cost were achieved through various time-savings including removing the need for ply bracing.
