THE PROJECT CHALLENGE /
The appointed builders for Gisele Apartments engaged Cortek to design and supply frames for the multi-faceted complex spanning 6 levels.
THE CORTEK FRAMING STEEL SOLUTION /
Proving the strength of the Cortek system, lightweight balustrade frames were manufactured off site and then installed, taking the lateral support of the azure glass facade.
According to the builder, the pre-fabricated alternative was instrumental in reducing the costly delays, risks and processes of traditional on site construction.
Cortek Framing managed all stages of the system including initial design, shop detailing, engineering, fabrication and delivery direct to site. Frame lengths and sizes were coordinated with the client to ensure they were easily transportable and fixed off once on site.
