THE PROJECT CHALLENGE /
Looking to save time and costs, the builder partnered with Cortek Framing by SBS Group to design, supply and certify roof trusses, balustrades and feature boxes.
THE CORTEK STEEL FRAMING SOLUTION /
Using the Build Smarter system, the Cortek design and estimating team evaluated the project scope, identifying multiple areas of savings across the requirements.
Framing was shop detailed, 3D modelled, engineered and manufactured using BHP Truecore light gauge steel for on site time, labour and cost savings. Framing was then delivered direct to site for installation.
If the criteria is a time-saving, labour-saving and cost-saving construction method, then pre-fabrication is the answer.
