With years of experience in detailing and pre-fabricating lightweight framing systems, Cortek Framing proposed a high strength galvanised construction solution for the Nagles View Residence.

Manufacturing frames off site in a factory controlled environment enabled easy installation.
True, straight and with accurate profiles, the framing enabled high cantilevering back-span possibilities.
Protecting against termite resistance and the common faults of timber construction including bowing and twisting, steel framing was identified as the preferred and superior method of construction by not only the builder, but also by the architect and owner
