The Cortek design team worked closely with the builder, detailing and fabricating a steel frame system to achieve the project budget and design specifications.
A reduction in traditional structural steel elements allowed for greater efficiencies in the site installation time frames.
Resolving the challenges of the changing complex design on site was assisted by the ability to visualise the framing system in 3D.
No further straightening of the walls was necessary due to the accuracy and straightness of the steel frames.
