The pre-fabricated framing system replaced a traditional timber stick build approach, combining multiple packages into one.
Cortek undertook the full design, detailing, engineering, fabrication and delivery of the lightweight steel frames, working to the project design and builder’s schedule.
Careful attention to detail in the shop detailing stage was evident with frames fabricated straight, true and accurate. No further straightening or planning was required once frames were installed, saving significant time on site.
The frames were clearly labelled and supplied with detailed layouts for an efficient and streamlined install.
