Smart Modular Pods for The Caulfield

There will be no hiding in the shadows for The Caulfield with white external pod features set to dominate the front facade of the project and give character to Station Street.

The lightweight external modular pod and wall framing was designed, shop detailed, engineered and manufactured in manageable units to enable quick and efficient installation on site, allowing for direct fix of cladding. Framing was also detailed to eliminate the need for top hats or battens.

The apartment project was designed by Rothe Lowman and is under construction by Element Five with an estimated completion date of July 2016.
