Feature façade framing for Northwood Apartments is steadily progressing with all frames now delivered to site, ready for installation. Pre-fabricated frames were designed to be lifted as lightweight modularised units which simply bolt back to the slab as opposed to a tedious on site stick build method.

Rising behind a heritage façade, the contemporary style of Northwoods Apartments combines the past with the present. Designed by SAC Building Workshop and currently under construction by Hamilton Marino, the North Fitzroy development will house 71 apartments over 7 levels.
