Leopold Stonnington is just one of Project Group’s latest projects, involving the construction of 18 high-end apartments in Glen Iris.

The Cortek by SBS Group design and estimating team evaluated the project scope and identified savings across top level wall and roof truss framing, balustrades and feature boxes. All areas of the project involve the pre-fabrication of framing using BHP’s Truecore light gauge steel, manufactured and delivered to site for installation.

It’s not the first time Cortek has worked with the Project Group – following the success of the Vela Apartments project (supply of pre-fab balustrades) and currently, the 818 Glenferrie Rd Refurbishment (pre-fab wall panel framing), this next project marks the continuation of a positive and results-driven relationship – a builder who understands the power of pre-fabrication and a contractor who has the experience and knowledge to create off site solutions to suit individual project specifications.
