Faced with a short lead time and with the project moving at a rapid pace, the builder awarded Cortek Framing by SBS Group the contract to design and manufacture the balustrade and fin framing off site, allowing it to be quickly fixed off and installed on site.

The team at Cortek fully shop detailed and engineered the framing, including all bracketry and fixing details for the most efficient fixing system. The framing enabled direct cladding, completely eliminating the need for top hats and battens and staged deliveries were incorporated to suit the tight project timeline.
